Mohan Kriplani

An acknowledged authority on survey, valuation and loss assessment work in general insurance, he has an experience of more than 40 years. His last position held was ‘Executive Director’ in ‘Mehta & Padamsey’, a leading Surveyor and Valuer in India.

Harshana Mehta

A specialist in insuring large infrastructure projects, with over 3 decades of experience in the general insurance industry, she has worked with large conglomerates including, Reliance, Crompton, HCC and Raymonds, among others.

Arvind Laddha

A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification, with a solid experience of more than a decade and a brilliant track record in Investment and Insurance Advisory Services, Mr. Arvind Laddha spearheads the Group’s business in India.

Ajay Laddha

A Cost Accountant by qualification, Mr. Ajay Laddha brings to the table more than a decade of invaluable experience in investment advisory services. He is one of the key management team members providing the Group with razor-edged business acumen in various strategic management issues.

Prawal Kalita

A management graduate, he has a rich experience of 6 years in the areas of risk, insurance and wealth management. With Vantage for the last 5 years, he has been a part of the core team, reinforcing the leadership and strategic decision-making.

Jayesh Gadekar

An accomplished professional with 7 years of experience in the automobile and manufacturing industry, he has over 3 years of experience with a leading private general insurance company as a member of the core team of Special Products Lines. He is well versed in various realms of insurance and marketing.

Sunil Asher

A Chartered Accountant and a CPA, Mr. Asher has over two decades of experience and has handled various assignments as the CFO of a group having a presence in more than 10 countries. He has also worked with Arthur Andersen Consulting in Canada. Mr. Asher is now with Vantage Group helping the company gain a renowned position in the international market.
